All MeetmiBaby pictures and videos are Customised Products which are ‘made to order’ bespoke products created just for you. Our products are non-cancellable and non-refundable which means that once an order has been placed the manufacturing of a picture or video starts immediately and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Delivery

All MeetmiBaby picture and video are digital products delivered in a variety of ways to make life as simple as possible for you. When an order is placed we manufacture your bespoke products ready to be downloaded directly from our website, and you will also receive a personalised email with your chosen picture and video products attached.

These Purchase Terms apply to all offers and contracts relating to the sale and delivery of MeetmiBaby products. In other words, you agree to these Purchase Terms, when you order Customised Products from the MeetmiBaby website.

Returns and Refunds

Special rules apply for Customised Products since they are created just for you. This means we do not accept returns or refunds of customised pictures and videos except for manufacturing defects.
